Not only do we record the reptiles and amphibians that we find, we are also cataloguing other forms of wildlife we see in the Country Park, making this available in the NBN atlas via the website https://irecord.org.uk/ so that there is a definite picture of all the living things around our wonderful country park.
This can be used to identify habitat that needs protecting or managing, the diversity of species present and how populations change over time.
